dc.description.abstract | Fatwa Board is a product formulated by the Muhammadiyah
Legal Affairs Committee, a body of assistant leader in moving the
organization Muhammadiyah. This fatwa is a guide for the citizens of
Muhammadiyah in running their lives as servants and the caliph of
ALLAH on earth. To avoid a clash between Islam and the Indonesianness,
based on analysis of the author of this article, the formulation of
Fatwa Legal Affairs Committee has been based on the dynamics of the
Indonesian Muslim community. Through this way, Muhammadiyah
through his fatwa, still trying to bring Muhammadiyah people to be
consistent in Islamic and Indonesian-ness. Thus, it can be said that the
Fatwa board as Indonesian Fiqih. | en_US |
