    Abstract
    The objective of research was to identified cause of releationship conflict, characteristic of conflict and developt model of management conflict. The research also itended to identify the impact of releationship conflict toward industrial performance. The technique of collecting data is done by indeept interview, observation and documentation. The data validity will be analysis with trianggulasi methods. The topic of research is conflict management styles in the rattan handycraft industrial. Management theorists have developed and suggested a range of options for handling organizational conflict. The various components of the Conflict Resolution Grid, which is the result of widely accepted research presented by Thomas and Kilmann (1976). The cause of others is internal of industrial that the owner of industry are not interesting objective together. There are communication distortion and unknowledge of management in eksportir. The characteristic of conflict consisting of miscommunication, naive realisme, intervence, faulty attribution, and negative emotion. The model of management releationship conflict in the industrial rattan handycraft is a Compromising model. Compromising Conflict Resolution Style. This style is characterized by moderate levels of both assertiveness and cooperativeness. Compromise can also be referred to as bargaining or trading.
