MODEL PEMBENTUKAN KESADARAN KOLEKTIF TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LINGKUNGAN PENGUSAHA KECIL TAHU – TEMPE DI SOLO
Abstract
Solving waste in urban is one of the serious problems. Among several of wastes, tofu
and soybean cake waste is one of the interesting phenomena to analyze because the two
meals are identical with people’s staple foods. A majority of the tofu and soybean cake
industry is a household industry that does not have waste processing. The problem
statement is how to identify waste disposal by a tofu and soybean cake industry in Solo.
The study aims at examining the factors influencing the tofu and soybean cake small
entrepreneurs’ concern in disposing waste of production. The research is useful for the
identification of the factors influencing their concern in disposing waste.
The study examines internal and internal factors influencing the behavior attitude in
disposing tofu and soybean cake waste of industry in Solo. For generalization, the focus
of tofu and soybean cake is on Krajan area, Mojosongo, Jebres District (industrial centre
in solo); and tofu and soybean cake household industry used a sample of 10
entrepreneurs for each district in Solo; therefore, there were 80 respondents. This
research use a questionnaire with a 5-point range from very unapproved to very
approved. It used a regression of log-linear model. From the regression, an internal
variable factor reflected by a work sub-variable (X3), personality (X5), and cost are
significant at α = 1%, and an education sub-variable is significant at α = 5%, and social
status sub-variable (X2) and income are not really significant. An internal variable factor
represented by a green-consumer sub-variable (X8) and attitude in stimulus (X10) are
significant at α = 1%, and a socio-environment sub-variable (X11) is significant at α =
5%, and a regulation sub-variable (X7) and an experience one (X9) are not significant. Fstatistics
showed a significant at α = 1%. The Value of R2 = 0, 61) showed Y variable
influenced by the independent variable, and the others are influenced by other factors
beyond this research. The value of R2 = 0, 61 showed a satisfactory outcome.
It could be concluded that there is a contradiction between one variable and another.
The study is limited to the object of analysis with the same intention, that is, the tofu
and soybean cake industry and intention to dispose waste in a surrounding area. Thus, it
tends not to be different from examining a problem of attitude because all are
considered as normal. It is recommended that because of the difference, it needs to
explore a further research, including building a collective interest of the tofu and
soybean cake related to an environment management.
