Abstract
This study is to follow up the findings of the first-year study stating that it is necessary to find a development model of managerial communication system for a Immersion Class. In this study, the researchers just examined a managerial communication system. The study (Year II) aims to find a model of communication system development for the specific class – Immersion class – in State Senior Higher School. The study used a qualitative method. The data gathering used interview, workshop, and discussion group. The data descrptive analysis employed an interaction and interpretation. The finding of the this study is that a managerial communication of the Immersion class is based on the internal and external. To solve the problem of the study (Year I), it is necessary to develop a variety of communication systems. The internal and external communication.
