Abstract
The passive predicament still requires the potential notions to investigate for instance, how is passive problem in clause? It covers the conception of how are the morphological features of passive verb, particularly passive clause in text of Al-Qur’an translation which embodies the ethics of language. This paper will only discussed about the characteristics morphology of passive form with di- in all its variation and ter-. The analysis is used equivalent referencial ’padan referensial’ analysis. Equivalent method is an analysis which language determiner is apart from the the source language. (Sudaryanto, 1993). The reference is not from the language used as target. Ethical verse implies activity done deliberately. It is Marked with affix di-V, di-V-kan, diper-/-kan, di-V-i, di-R, di-R-kan. And passive person. The use of affix ter – is not associated with activity done intentionally.but ter- has spesific meaning ter- verb (ter- + tinggal) at the same time makes yang broad noun phrase. Having compared those two, it shows the finding about the use of suffix –kan in passive verb. If ather translation used menggunakan dirobah-robah, and the other use mengubah perkataan-perkataan, then focusing occur. The first mengubah perkataan-perkataan concern with result, while the second shows an activity with iterative role. From the comparison word dirobah (active merobah) with mengubah can be infered that the street in Tafsir Rahmat describe the use of more recent Bahasa Indonesia. From the data it can be infered that passsive verb di- are three, : (1) demand the presence of noun, (2) not demand the presence of noun, but followed by prepositional phrases. (3) followed by yang or adjecive passive that make adjective phrase. The second person is usually used if the passive form combined with root verb, not verb with affix di-. While in the data, found thaat the construction of second person is followed by passive di-V-kan, like kamu disedihkan oleh.... generally, in BI, second person play role as doer, but in the construction, it plays role as complement.
