ANALISIS KARIR, HAMBATAN KARIR DAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK STAF PENGAJAR WANITA PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI DI SURAKARTA

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to examine the career achievement, and career barrier of women educator in the University. Several numbers of lecturers of University in Surakarta town were conducted as research sample. Survey with close end questioners was given to the sample of research. The research found several finding such as: the women lecturers in University have good academic career achievement, and there no significant barrier that barricade their carrier
