dc.description.abstractTelah dipisahkan 6 (enam) senyawa murni hasil isolasi dari ekstrak metanol kulit batang Dipterocarpus confertus Sloot, meliputi senyawa KP-1, KP-2, KP-3 (β-sitosterol),KP-4 (α-viniferin), KP-5 dan KP-6. Hasil pengujian sitotoksisitas terhadap sel murin leukemia P388, menunjukkan bahwa senyawa KP-2 dan KP-1 sangat aktif dengan nilai IC50 masing-masing sebesar 2,25 dan 5,1 µg/mL. Sedangkan senyawa-senyawa hasil isolasi yang lain, tidak aktif terhadap sel murin leukemia P388.en_US
