This research aimed to describe how the human resources managerial
communication system and socialization communication mix for specific class at State
High School. This research aimed to describe how the human resources managerial
communication system and socialization communication mix for specific class at State
High School was. The research used a qualitative method with interactive model,
interpretation and counting method. The findings of the research showed that the
communication system of the specific class was a two-way and multi-way integration.
The style of language was formal and informal based on the context. The facilities of the
specific class were significantly better and the amount of the students in the classroom
was ideal so that the teaching-learning process ran effectively. But, not all the excellent
graduation of favorite Junior High School were interested in the specific class due to the
factor in cost, new program and anxiety in the program. In fact, the result of National
Examination for the 10-excellent students ranking was dominated by the Regular class.
Even, there were the students of the Regular class who achieved at a 10 score. It was a
problem that motivated to apply a model of developing managerial communication
system of Specific Class.
