EVALUASI KINERJA ANGKUTAN UMUM BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI PENUMPANG ( STUDI KASUS ANGKUTAN UMUM BUS JURUSAN SURAKARTA – YOGYAKARTA)
Abstract
Town Surakarta is trade town. Yogyakarta represent student town and cultural town.
Though both town have different characteristic but supporting each other and interaction. One of
the fluency supplementary link factor of both town is publik transport.Now, publik transport of
Yogyakarta - Surakarta especially bus publik transport need evaluation how far performance and
how far passenger perception which bearing with consumer. Goal of research is to analyse bus
publik transport consumer perception which bearing with service, freshment, time go through
and public fare of Yogyakarta route bus Yogyakarta- Surakarta.Research benefit is as input to
government, consumer and entrepreneur so that can expand at full speed. Research method is
primary data and sekunder data analysed to cover : sirculation time, amount of rotation, amount of fluctuateing passenger, performance and perception transport consumer public bus
Yogyakarta - Surakarta. Result of research is passenger tariff at 06.00-08.00 headway 3 minute
and at 08.00-18.00 headway 5 minute, mean factor load 55.83 % equal to Rp. 8.718,58.
Passenger tariff at 06.00-08.00 headway 4.5 minute and at 08.00-18.00 headway 7.5, minute,
factor load 83.75 % equal to Rp. 5.812,34. Passenger tariff in field equal to Rp. 8.000,00.
Boundary tariff under Rp. 5.800,00 boundary tariff to the Rp. 8.650,00. Time go through 1jam
35 minute. Hour operate for 3 sirkulasi is 11 hour 17 minute. Consumer time perception go
through 1 hour 30 minute - 1 hour 40 minute. Headway 5 - 6 minute, freshment is enough,
peaceful security is enough . Tariff according to perception customer is Rp. 7.000,00 - Rp.
8.000,00.
