    Abstract
The transportation network system of highway freight is one of main network distribution of freight movement. Infrastructure condition of highway transportation, the main subject of highway hardness has an important role to that continual flow distribution. Freight behaviour that make maximum capacity and carry away more freight to the highway transportation mode is the one of cause destroyed road becaused of overloading. The interaction between highway transportation network system to that serviced mode is the demand and supply interaction in the defined transportation infrastructure. That relation is defined on indicator and parameter that built by an influence variable each other from that interaction shape. Representation of estimation from transportation network system are traffic volume, road capacity, road saturation degree and road level of services condition. Freighter systems are based on sum characteristic of vehicle, company profile owner status and private owner status, become important factors to determine occurred how interation between that variable. Data distribution from each variable is studied how that data are match to variable characteristic that is defined base on stocastic and empiris approach. Relation model is estimated by Structural Equation Model to determine the contribution of each variable that built by the other variable base on indicator and parameter that is based from data distribution of each variable.
