dc.description.abstract | The aims of the research are: To describe (1) Principal’s role for planning
towards the development of entrepreneurship in forwarding the school.
(2) Principal’s role for conducting towards the development of entrepreneurship
in forwarding the school. (3). the Principal’s role in evaluation towards the
development of entrepreneurship in forwarding the school. The method that is
used is research is descriptive qualitative. Data collecting in this research used
the main method such as; in depth interview, observation, and documentation. It
is completed by the variant of field notes and the other resources. The research
result showed that: (1). For planning, there is very crucial things such as; motivation
or willing. Next, in planning, the principal rose up the idea and opinion, then
discussing it with all the teachers and employees. (2). In conducting, the principal
takes part actively, plunged into middle of field. On the journey, the principal
always creates interactive communication, giving spirit and motivation. (3). For
evaluating all the programs of developing the entrepreneurship in evaluation is
