dc.description.abstractThe goal of the research is to describe the poins of principal democratie leadership based on keTamansiswaan. The problem of the research: How are the points of principal democratic leadership based on keTmansiswaan? The research carried out in Tamansiswa Yogyakarta area. The subjects of the research are six (6) persons. They are three (3) principals and three (3) Tamansiswa figures. The object of the research is Principal Democratic Leadership. The research is qualitative research, therefore the data collection used were interview and observation. The data analysis used in this research is Moleong constant comparison method. The process of the data analysis, in general, including : (1) Data reduction, (2) Data categorizing, (3) Data synthesize, (4) Work hypothesis arrangement. The result of the research showed that principals should do the daily task at school, and apply Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani, and also apply the democracy according to Ki Hadjardewantara. Therefore, Pricipals are suggested to give effort continuously to apply the democracy leadership process for students.en_US
