dc.description.abstract | Students School Football during coached very at risk incur injuries especially on lower extremities such as strain hamstrings, strain quadriceps, sprain ankle, and injury on knee. Good muscle flexibility will support the quality of players as it can prevent strain. The purpose of this study to observe the influence of muscle energy tecknique and static stretching on flexibility football m.hamstrings School Football Students. This study was conducted Quasi Experimental methods. 13 sample was drawn through purposive technique Sampeling and divided into METs groups and Static Stretching groups. The results proved the difference in the mean MET dextra 9.28 while Static Stretching dextra 5.50, and MET Sinestra 10.00 while Static Stretching Sinistra 5.50. From the results of this study concluded that MET is more effective than Static Stretching to increase flexibility of hamstrings muscles. | en_US |
