dc.description.abstract | Baby’s development is a process, that unique, dynamic, and continuous where motoric ability will
follows the cephalo-caudal and proximo-distal principle. Motoric development is operation of movement of
body through activity coordinated by nerve formations, muscle, brain, and spinal cord. Massage efflurage,
will be able to stimulate growth and development of muscle and nerve of baby and improve of circulation of
blood 10 - 15 % after massage. The aim of this research was to understand effectivity of massage efflurage
to growth and development of gross motoric at baby 3-4 months old. The research was quasi experiment
with two group postest design with control and analysized with t-test . The result showed there was an
influence of massage to gross motoric at baby 3-4 months old at lifts head ability equal to p=0,001, pool to
sit p=066, and rolling p=0,001. The conclusion is massage at baby will stimulate gross motoric development
of 3-4 months old baby. | en_US |
