dc.description.abstract | Hypertension is a persistent blood pressure where systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure above 90 mmHg. At the elderly hypertension pressure systolic 160 mmHg and diastolic 90 mmHg. Hypertension is health problem of public in developing countries. If Hypertension were not soon to handle, affects at degenerative disease appearance, like Congestive Heart Failure -CHF), end renal stage of disease, and vein disease perifer. Treatment of hypertension is done together with low diet of cholesterol or, high diet of low fiber and diet of energy for hypertension patient is obesity too. Hypertension patient suggested for consuming fruits, vegetable, and low food of fat who can reducing blood pressure. Objective this research aim to know correlation between knowledge level of patient toward hypertension with obey attitude implementation of hypertension diet in Andong clinical health of Boyolali. The research is using design non experiment method, with correlation study. Taking samples used purposive sampling.Total sample are 46 responders. Statistic test use Chi-square test. Result of research shown that majority are woman as 61%, age 51-60 years old as 43%, education level is failed school as 39%, kind of working as farmer as 47%, knowledge level include good category as 52% and obey level is good category as 72%. Result of Statistic chi-Square test obtained X2 = 7,643 with p = 0.006, so conclusion there is significant correlation between knowledge level of patient toward hypertension with the obey attitude diet hypertension in Andong clinical health of Boyolali. | en_US |
