dc.description.abstractGood service of a nurse is providing care to patients who are completely and outcome, recover from illness, regardless of socioeconomic background from patients. But, nowadays there are factors t can affect nursing services to patients including patient's Jamkesmas. Poor motivation of a nurse may influence poor to give service. Results of preliminary research that from 6 nurses, they have good motivation because have a duty as a nurse and some of nurse have less motivation, they have argument that higher or less motivation is the same received of salary. The objective was to aim to Correlationship Nurse Motivation With Nursing Services To (Jamkesmas) Patient At Kustati Hospital Of Surakarta This researh is quantitative research with non-experimental method, analytical approach is correlative descriptive, cross sectional study design. Samples are all of nurses. Ward III Class Az-zaitun, Ass-syiffa Ward, Ward Al-afiah by 44 respondents, taking sampel is using total sampling technique. Instrument research is using questionnaires and motivation questionnaires services. Research data then statistical tests with spearman rank correlation test. The results showed 6 nurses (13,6%) with low motivation, 32 nurses (72,7%) with fair motivation and 6 nurses (13,6%) with high motivation. Nursing services showed 8 nurses (18,2%) with less services, 34 nurses (77,3%) with medium services and 2 nurses (4.5%) with good services. Result of Spearman rank test is r = 0389, p = 0009 it means relationship between motivation working relationship with the nurse in nursing services patient giving poor families (Jamkesmas) in RSUI Kustati Surakarta.en_US
