Hubungan antara Tipe Kepribadian dengan Motivasi untuk Menyelesaikan Skripsi pada Mahasiswa Transfer Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

Abstract

Skripsi is masterpiece write erudite yielded by all Strata Student one (S-1) at one particular College institute as conditions to get the college degree of strata one (S-1). Difficulty which often experienced of by student among other things is difficulty in searching heading for skripsi, difficulty to look for the literature or reading substance, finite fund or fear to meet the dosen counsellor. This difficulty is which finally cause the student depressed, loss motivate equally cannot finish the timely skripsi, for example student transfer the majors of treatment of UMS of generation year 2007 amounting to 40 people, until March month;moon 2009 noted newly 17 student of test proposal and 3 student of test skripsi. Motivate each;every individual influenced by some factor which one of them is personality. Personality type which different each other make the somebody have the emotion difference in event This Research is to know between the personality type with the motivation to finish the skripsi at nursing student majors of transfer the University Of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Research type used quantitative type is non eksperimental use the descriptive desain of korelasional with the approach of cross-sectional and intake sampel use total sampling with the amount sampel to 31 people. For the data collecting by kuesioner containing of question about personality tipe and motivate. Analyse the data used by frequency distribution and analyse the correlation with the test of Rank Spearman. Statistically research of relation of personality type with the motivation by result that type of responder personality which have personality to ekstrovert pertained high that is equal to 61,3% and introvert equal to 38,7% and also own the high motivation equal to 64,5% with the value ( rho) to 0,728, with the value signifikansi 0.001. this Research result statistically show there is positive correlation which signifikan with the strong correlation storey;level enough between personality type with the motivation To Finish The Skripsi At Nursing Student of Majors Transfer The University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
