The quality of children development determined on child phase around 0-3 years old. Some of research describes approximately half of the age children 3 years still urine expelled in bed. One of the efforts that could be carried out by parents in training the development of the child so that more independent that is with applied toilet training. The application toilet training to the child related with the mother attitude toward toilet training. The attitude toward toilet training to the child by parents was affected by many factors among them the level of education and the perception. The aim of this research was to know relations between the perception and the level of education towards the mother's attitude about toilet training at toddler in Kelurahan Kampung Sewu Jebres Surakarta. The design of this research was cross sectional. This research used the technique sampling multistage sampling with the number of samples 84 respondents. Technically the data collection in this research was the questionnaire had the shape of the question was closed. The data that was gathered was analyzed with the Chi square test and contingency coefficient. The finding of the research showed Ho was refused and Ha was accepted (p<0,05) meaning that is gotten by relations between the perception and the level of education and the mother's attitude toward toilet training. Meaning that increasingly good the level of education and the perception then will be increasingly good the mother's attitude toward toilet training.
