Engineering Economics for Decision Making

Abstract

The results are used to collect accurate data for the preparation of textbooks, to fit the needs of civil engineering students in JPTS FPTK UPI. Based on the theory of finite obtained, then set the model as a guide in examining the hypothesis and hypothetical model can be changed according to the results of data collection and analysis. Method of data collection is done by survey, the data collection form that collected information only at a particular moment. Interview and questionnaire data is processed and the results are discussed in focus groups to produce a reliable deal. The findings obtained that providers of construction services in residential construction using PW and IRR methods to analyze alternative selection in decision making. Society as a service user has chosen housing as a form of long-term investment by choosing safety and comfort of the environment.
