dc.description.abstractThe main function of the teacher in education is very important and strategies in improving the quality of the teaching. The teachers who have been certified are expected to fulfil standard as stated in UU No.20/2003 about Sisdiknas, UU No. 14/ 2005 about teacher and lecturer, PP No. 19/2005 about Education National Standard, and PP No. 74/ 2008 about teacher. Then main point of those is the implementation in their real life. The teachers are hoped implement their professionalism, such as their leadership, responsibility, communication, honesty, hospitality, politness, care to the society.en_US
