dc.description.abstractPGV-0 merupakan analog kurkumin yang disintesis untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan aktivitas senyawa tersebut. PGV-0 disintesis dengan mereaksikan antara siklopentanon dan vanilin melalui reaksi kondensasi Cleissen-Schmidt dengan menggunakan katalis asam. Analisis kemurnian hasil sintesis digunakan metode High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), menunjukkan senyawa PGV- 0 yang dihasilkan telah murni dengan tingkat rendemen hasil sintesis 90%.en_US
