dc.description.abstract | Catfish is one of the leading commodity. Business development can be started from seed to the size of consumption. Each segment of the business is very profitable. In addition to local consumption, the market has started to export catfish and demand is quite large. But in cultivation activities often uncul constraints. One is pest and disease catfish. To help the effort so that the issue can be resolved at an early stage, then made an expert system based on information technology to make the diagnosis of diseases in catfish using backward chaining inference logic used for the consultation process.
