dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menyelidiki tentang kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebagai outcome dari dua tipe konflik (pekerjaan-keluarga dan keluarga-pekerjaan) dan menguji efek moderasi konfik dari satu variabel penganggu dengan domain yang lain. Dampaknya adalah kita dapat mengkombinasikan efek dari konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan konflik keluarga-pekerjaan secara sim,,ultan. Efek langsung didukung baik dengan konfik pekerjaan-keluarga dan konfik keluarga-pekerjaan yang berhubungan negatif dengan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Pada efek interaksi, konflik keluarga-pekerjaan memperkuat hubungan negatif antara konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja tetapi tidak pada komitmen organisasional. Penemuan ini menyarankan karyawan pada tingkat konflik yang tinggi pada kedua jenis konflik secara simultan berdampak negatif pada outcome kinerja, sementara konflik pekerjaan-keluarga yang rendah dapat membantu karyawan untuk membuat kesepakatan yang lebih baik dengan konflik keluarga-pekerjaan dan outcome pekarjaan yang positif.en_US
