Pengaruh Faktor Personality dan Pengalaman Terhadap Keahlian Pegawai dalam Menggunakan Komputer

Abstract

Computer is the device in order to process information which needed by professionals to finishing the job efficiently. However, fear, confiction, and experience of computer user could make contrary result. Consequently, research be needed to looking for the evidence that there be found the impact between personality and experience to computer efficacy. Objective of the research is to find empiricaly evidence of the impact between personality and experience to computer self efficacy. Regression model analysis was applied to examine variables which used in the research. Data were collected by sharing questionary to respondents. 55 respondents of Pemerintah Kota Surakarta official were collected by purposive sampling method. Result of the research indicate that: (1) personality factors at the computer anxiety and math anxiety aspect have negatively impact to computer self efficacy at degrre of signification 5%, (2) personality attitude and experience have positively impact to computer self efficacy at degree of signification.
