Penyuluhan Hukum-Hukum Muamalat dalam Kitab Al-Fiqh Al- Islami Wa Adullatuhu Bagi Jama’ah Masjid At-Tawwabin Mangkuyudan Rt 01/04 Ngabeyan Kartasura Sukoharjo

Abstract

Jam’a’ah Masjid at-Tawwabin Mangkuyudan RT 01/04 Village Ngabeyan Kartasura still fairly common in terms of knowledge of Islam, but they have a strong obsession to learn and practice the teachings agamanya.Kendala faced by them to learn the religion of Islam, there has been no used as a resource person to provide Islamic religious instruction in regular and programmed. On this basis, we are of the Faculty of Islamic Studies UMS Muamalat feel the need to hold events at the Community Services with the theme: Guidance Laws Muamalat In the book al-Fiqh al-Islami wa-az Adullatuhu Wahbah Zuhaili work. Capture the theme of devotion of the laws of this Muamalat, because the issues that always appear in public more leads on legal issues, especially legal Muamalat. The intent and purpose of community service activities are: (1) Increase knowledge of Islamic teachings to the congregation at the mosque-Tawwabin mangkuyudan RT01/04 Ngabeyan particular legal problems Muamalat. (2) Provide a powerful insight for the congregation at the mosque- Tawwabin Mangkuyudan RT 01/04 Ngabeyan to explore and practice the teachings of Islam in bermuamalah. Devotion to the method mememuhi goal is in the form of lectures and interactive dialogue. Results achieved in community service activities for 4 days is (1) the congregation at the mosque-tawwabin mangkuyudan RT 01/04 increased insight of Islam, especially on Muamalat laws, especially the legal sale and lease law, because the two types Muamalat transaction is often practiced by the congregation at the mosque-Tawwabin. (2) Jama Masjid at-Tawwabin feel convinced of the truth of Islamic law, especially laws Muamalat, so there is a strong enlightenment to explore and to implement them.
