dc.description.abstractThe Community Service has aims to (1) give the information to the teachers of MIM Majlis Dikdasmen of Ngawen Klaten about the Sustainable Profession Development (SPD); (2) improve the teachers’ motivation and interest to conduct scientific publication; and (3) stimulate the teachers’ sensitivity in the problems’ appear so that they can overcome the problems. The problem solving strategy has aims stated as: (1) they are invited to attend the workshop and training, start from the matter about the PKB concept, profesional teacher, and scientific publication article; (2) the teachers are motivated and explored their ideas to have writing ability by mentoring; and (3) the teachers conduct peer correction to analize the errorr made by the teachers when they conduct the writing. The result of Competitive Community Service Program (PAKOM) for the teachers of MIM Majlis Dikdasmen of Ngawen Klaten can be stated as success. The indication can be seen from the target reached as the writing product, although only 10% from all the audiences.en_US
