Daya Tarik Wisata Sejarah Budaya : Kasus Atribut Bangunan Kota Lama Semarang

Abstract

Building attribute is one of the main attractiveness of historical-culture tourism. The condition of building, however, is a serious problem for tourism attractiveness. The study aims to analyze the gap between expectation and perception toward building condition of historical-culture tourism at Old City of Semarang. It could be beneficial for understanding an urgency aspect of building condition for historical-culture tourists at Old City of Semarang. The FGD was intended to map essential attributes of building at Old City of Semarang and to identify the gaps with questionnaires. The results of the study show that the amount of important factors was associated with solution to the problem of at Old City of Semarang. The analysis focus on building shows the limited study; therefore, it is necessary to develop a further research of historical-culture tourism in the future.
