dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat ukur performansi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berbasiskan metode employee safety perception survey. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan menguji validitas dan realibilitas alat ukur performansi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Survey persepsi performansi keselamatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang meliputi berbagai aspek dari program keselamatan organisasi dan budaya keselamatan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan studi pustaka, survey calon responden, perancangan kuesioner, pengumpulan data, pengujian validasi dan realibilitas kuesioner, analisis hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh responden, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan pengujian, kuesioner yang dirancang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur performansi K3. Nilai koefisien korelasi Pearson (r) tabel adalah 0,288. Hasil pengujian validitas menunjukkan nilai r setiap item pertanyaan lebih dari nilai r tabel. Nilai koefisien alpha tabel yang digunakan adalah 0,361. Hasil pengujian realibilitas menunjukkan nilai koefisien alpha hitung lebih besar dari koefisien alpha tabel. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kuesioner yang dirancanga valid dan reliabel. Diharapkan dengan terbentuknya alat ukur performansi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang valid dan reliabel dapat meningkatkan performansi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan serta mengurangi probabilitas terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja.en_US
