dc.description.abstractThe need for food, clothing and shelter absolutely is a basic need for every person. The need of shelter or a house increases in correlation to the increase of population such as in Karanganyar. The increase of population in Karanganyar is caused by the improvement of infrastructure such as good road access makes the area become a potential area for investation in property. To understand about the feasibility for infestation in property in this area, this research was conducted by surveying the costumer. The survey consisted the question of ideal house in a real estate area and the future plan for the customer to buy a house. Subsequently a property infestation was proposed asa case study in Katranganyar and the result shows the infestation needs cost of IDR 6,726,581,058.0. The investation has nett present value of IDR 117,283,653.0, Benefit Cost ratio (BCR) of 1.02 and Break Event Point (BEP) of 90.7% house sales. It can be concluded the infestation is accepted.en_US
