    HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI PERAWAT-DOKTER DENGAN STRES KERJA PERAWAT DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP (IRNA) PENYAKIT DALAM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SRAGEN

    Abstract
    The improper communication between the nurse and doctor is having difficulty to contact doctor, particularly, at the evening time, if there is an emergency patient, however, there is no proper communication between the nurse and doctor, therefore, it can rise improper working quality and decreasing job discipline and also worst working service quality. While, the aim of this research is to analyze the Communication Relationship Nurse-Doctor With The Nurse Working Stress At Installation Of The Internal Disease Outpatient Of Region Public Hospital Of Sragen. This research is quantitative non-experiment. It caused of emphasizing on the numerical data (number) which is analyze by statistic method using cross sectional design where the data which related with dependent and independent variable, which is observed at the same time. By using number of samples are 48 nurses who is cover the entirely population. While, the data collection is using questionnaire, and the data analyses are using formula product moment correlation from Pearson to find the correlation of them with 95% significant rate. The result of research is found that there is negative relationship between communication and working stress with the score of r-0,808 with for 0,000, therefore, it can be confirmed that there is significant relationship between communication and working stress. It is caused of the score of < 0,05 while, this result is can be translated that lower of communication, therefore, the stress is higher. Therefore, related through the result of research which is held by the researcher, therefore, the research is giving advice through related institution to lessen the stress level, therefore, it can improve job productivity and also its performance, for example by improving communication quality between doctor and nurse. While, to find the other factors it can influence communication and job stress, therefore, it is important to do some other further research.
