dc.description.abstract | Pengendalian sistem persediaan dengan integrasi proses produksi dapat meningkatkan perfomansi rantai pasok antara penjual dan pembeli. Tulisan ini menjelaskan pengembangan model integrasi produksi-persediaan untuk permasalahan penjual tunggal dan pembeli tunggal dalam lingkungan Just In Time (JIT). Tujuan pengembangan model adalah menghitung total biaya persediaan gabungan atau tingkat pemesanan produk yang optimal (Joint Economic Lot Size). Sistem persediaan bersifat probabilistik, lead time konstan dan fully backorder. Kondisi probabilistik dapa berpengaruh pada perubahan order pembeli ke penjual secara tiba-tiba yang memberikan beban total biaya persediaan tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat direduksi dengan adanya kebijakan lossing flexibility cost. Lossing flexibility cost merupakan kebijakan dimana terdapat biaya fleksibilitas kehilangan yang dibebankan pada pembeli berdasarkan kesepakatan penjual untuk pembelian yang besar dalam jumlah pengiriman yang banyak. Perhitungan numerik data hipotetik disajikan dalam tulisan ini untuk memahami konsep pengembangan model. | en_US |
