Studi Deskriptif Kinerja Dosen dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

th
anniversary, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta should perform
improvement and development in process of learning. For this improvement and development,
the study is conducted with purpose of mapping performance of lecturers of the university in
planning of learning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning result. Based on a
descriptive, non-experimental study with survey applying questionnaire method, document
study, and FGD, it was found three important findings. First, lecturers of the university had
good performance in planning of learning. Second, lecturers of the university were not good
enough in implementation of the learning process, because they were not applying varied
learning methods yet. Third, performance of the lecturers was good enough in evaluation of
learning results. With these findings, it can be concluded that performance of lecturers of
Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta are almost meeting components of duty required by
Teacher and Lecturer Act of 2005 and they are referred to Governmental Rule No. 19 of 2005
about National Standard of Education of 2005.
