    Abstract
Wall panel itself is a unity of some concrete blocks that can be assembled in such a way that it can make a wall with good quality. However, the wall panel has the disadvantage of greater weight than the usual brick wall. Weight of the wall panels will affect the load that will be retained by structures that are below it. One effort to reduce the weight of the wall panel itself is replacing coarse aggregate with styrofoam. In this study aims to determine the ratio of the density of the concrete panel walls with brick walls, as well as finding the right number of variations so thick concrete wall panel has a flexural strength that is equivalent to a brick wall. In this study using fas 0.4 with the concrete mix design is based on a percentage of the volume. Concrete mix design mix is 20% Styrofoam, 65% sand and 15% cement. From the results obtained styrofoam mixing concrete compressive strength value of the average concrete cylinder that is 3.5 MPa, it is advisable for non-structural concrete. Wall thickness variation to the planning panel toritis performed calculations with the results of variations: 120x50x12 cm 120x50x14 cm, and 120x50x16 cm. From the test results of concrete gravity wall panels, the obtained average specific gravity of each variation of thickness 12 cm, 14 cm, and 16 cm row : 1.495 Ton/m3, 1.456 Ton/m3, and 1,369 Ton/m3. So, concrete wall panels are included in the lightweight concrete with a density of 1.4 to 2.0 Ton/m3. Of flexural strength test results theoretically obtained values of MOR each variation of wall panel 12 cm thick, 14 cm, and 16 cm, respecttively for 1,549 MPa, 1,449 MPa and 1,520 MPa and initial Mretak, respectively for 1,858 kNm, 2,367 kNm, and 3,242 kNm. While the brick wall that has a value of 1.378 MPa and MOR values of 2.250 kNm. Mretak Wall panel with styrofoam mixture is suitable used as an alternative to a brick wall.
