    Anatomy of Construction Service Consultants in Indonesia, Review About Experts

    Abstract
    Consultants as one of the organizers of construction played a very important role in improving the competitiveness of infrastructure services. Emberikan professional services consultant with specific expertise in various fields of science that put their process to think (brain-ware). Professional services are mainly provided by experts. The purpose of the research to identify the characteristics of experts who work in construction services the consultants. Analyzes are carried out based on the information obtained through questionnaires to the leadership of the consulting firm of construction services in four (4) major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Medan. Anatomy the consultants the consultants based on their qualifications. Results of the research was the proportion of the consultants based qualification-grade 2 (57%), 3-grade (20%), and 4-grade (23%). Review of the form of the company shows that for Gred 2 dominated type of business planning consultant and supervisor for 82%. Overview of the workforce shows that the Gred 2 by 84% having less than 25 employees. In general, the number of experts still more than the number of experts is not fixed. In terms of education, the dominance of experts generally well educated Strata 1 to experts fixed or not fixed. Certification expertise of the majority is young for 2-grade, intermediate-grade 3 and for primary-grade 4.
