dc.description.abstractPenelitian awal terhadap ekstrak etanol daun Jati Belanda menunjukkan efek penghambatan pertumbuhan terhadap sel kanker payudara (MCF-7). Hasil uji sitotoksistas terhadap sel WiDr, MCF-7, HeLa, T47D dan Vero secara berturut-turut adalah 36,50; 58,02; 53,36; 1806,22 dan 2451,65 µg/mL. (T47D). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan aktivitas tilirosida dari ekstrak etanol daun Jati Belanda terhadap sel kanker. Penelitian dimulai dengan isolasi tilirosida dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian potensi aktivitas in vitro terhadap beberapa sel kanker dengan uji sitotoksik pada berbagai konsentrasi menggunakan metode MTT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tilirosid terhadap sel MCF-7 adalah = 112,7 µg/mL, dan terhadap sel T47D adalah 91,83 µg/mL. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan tilirosida memiliki aktivitas yang sitotoksistas yang lemah.in_ID
