dc.description.abstractModel interaksi-pertumbuhan bisnis banyak diteliti dengan menggunakan model analitis maupun simulasi. Penelitian model interaksi bisnis, khususnya dalam pengembangan UKM, memungkinkan sifat interaksi non kompetisi, kompetisi, hingga kompetisi yang berhubungan dengan alokasi anggaran. Kompetisi alokasi berhubungan dengan prioritas anggaran, yaitu antar unit bisnis dalam perusahaan maupun antar sektor dalam bidang pemerintahan. Penelitian model pertumbuhan kinerja bisnis bisa melibatkan strategi kebijakan, baik pada level bisnis unit itu sendiri atau kombinasi antar kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kinerja sistem bisnis tersebut.Kompetisi alokasi anggaran pemerintah menjadi penting karena UKM membutuhkan peran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kinerjanya. Ada 2 (dua) tahap pemetaan penelitian, pertama: pemetaan dari sisi sifat interaksi dan strategi kebijakan dari model pertumbuhan kinerja, baik dalam penggunaan metode analitis maupun simulasi. Kedua: eksplorasi pemetaan lebih lanjut pada peluang penelitian yang terbesar dengan mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian tersebut dengan model-model pertumbuhan kinerja yang berbasis model Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan diperoleh peluang topik penelitian penggunaan metode analitis maupun simulasi yang merupakan state of the art dalam model interaksi-pertumbuhan kinerja, yang melibatkan kombinasi sifat interaksi bisnis dengan model pertumbuhan kinerja seperti model BSC, baik yang sifat pertumbuhan kinerjanya merupakan penyelarasan antar bisnis unit maupun penyelarasan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah.in_ID
