dc.description.abstractResearch on behavior science to capture behavior of employee in organization has primary attention for recent years. It is believed that employee behavior has more contribution for explaining the whole of working climate in organization, and the good of working climate guarantees the sustainability of organization. This research give integrated perspective of how employee performance works. OCB is used to gauge the employee performance from the behavioral perspective. Organizational justice, and organizational commitment are used for antecedent variables of OCB. Finally the results, employee with good performance, good OCB value, precede with good organizational justice and good organizational commitment.in_ID
