Analisis Lingkungan Usaha Model Bisnis Kanvas pada Usaha Batik Ciwaringin Cirebon
Abstract
This research take the subject and object in the whole businessmen and the participation
of Ciwaringin batik businessmen, Blok Kampung Gedang, Ciwaringin Village, Sub-District of
Ciwaringin, Cirebon .The number of Ciwaringin batik businessmen as many as six people. A
method of the data taking over with the survey methods with depth interviews , observation , and
documentation techniques. Reliability and validity data was undertaken with triangulation
technique. The analysis of the business environment that used the canvas business model as based
on. This research result showed that the pilar of supply, businessmen enervates of offer variety of
distinctive ornamental value, only handmade batik produced, and as well as offer the natural color
and synthetic. For channel block of elements there are direct sales channels and via the internet
(facebook). The result of channel block of elements showed that income to the passage of elements
a sale by the internet ( facebook ) produce sales larger compared by direct selling , fund of Rp
.1,000,000 up to Rp .15.000.000 per month.
