dc.description.abstractRasa memiliki dikenal di masyarakat Jawa sebagai handarbeni, sedangkan psikologi mengenalnya sebagai sense of belonging. Kedua istilah memiliki peran penting di dalam sebuah organisasi yang akan mendukung tercapainya tujuan secara efektif. Dinamika psikologis handarbeni dan sense of belonging dibahas dalam konteks permasalahan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional (organizational citizenship behavior) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Menggunakan kajian pustaka, kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah melu handarbeni sejalan dengan prinsip Muhammadiyah sehingga menjadi penting bagi warga untuk memiliki nilai ini dalam kehidupan di organisasi sehingga mendukung tercapainya tujuan secara lebih efektif.in_ID
