ASESMEN TINGKAT PERKEMBANGAN MAHASISWA BERDASARKAN TEORI 7 VEKTOR CHICKERING

Abstract: The objective of this research is to know the steps of the competency development based on Chickering (1995) theory at Unissula students, especially Pyshology faculty students. The sample of this research are 82 respondents selected from each year level from 2003 up to 2006. Based on the data analysis using Anava ABCD for four levels, it can be obtained that the result FAB at the seven vectors is between 0,041-2, 060 and p movement between 0,112-0,989 or p>0,05, and it means that no significance. So that it can be concluded that there are no level competency differeneces based on the seven factors of Chickering among 2003, 2004, 2005 dan 2006. And the result of among fectors shows that there is no prominent ability significantly at the seven factors. It is seen from the the result FABCDEFG = 0,992 ; p> 0,05.
