dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang menjadi pendukung investasi di kota Semarang. Variabel penelitian ini adalah peran kelembagaan, zonasi kota, dan infrastruktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei respon dari pengusaha tentang potensi pendukung investasi di kota Semarang. Alat analisis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi investasi digunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semua variabel pendukung investasi di Kota Semarang berpengaruh positif terhadap gairah investasi. Tapi zonasi kota tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa peran kelembagaan 0.049, zonasi kota 0,188 dan 0,018 infrastruktur. Hasil hitung diketahui bahwa variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap gairah investasi adalah variabel infrastruktur. Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah tentang sistem dan prosedur investasi dan meningkatkan beberapa infrastruktur kota untuk mendukung investasi, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing kota Semarang.in_ID
