dc.description.abstractThe study aims to describe and analyze equivalency, readability, and acceptability of research terms translation. It employed a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data were the research terms and data source included the documents and informants. The documents covered Research Methods for Business: A Skill Building Approach and its Indonesian translation Research Methods for Business: Metodologi Penelitian dalam Bisnis. The informants were the experts in translation linguistics, research, and Indonesian. The data collection used an analysis content, questionnaires, and in-depth interview. The data validation applied a data/ source triangulation technique. The data analysis used an interactive model. The results of the study shows that the research terms translation can be categorized as equivalent, readable, and acceptable. Furthermore, in dealing with non-equivalency the translator used a variety of translation strategies: borrowing with spelling change; adopting with spelling change, spelling deletion or addition; adopting without change.in_ID
