The use of spices is very effective in the treatment process. Fennel oil has a Latin name (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) One example of the use of essential oils in the manufacture of oinment. The purpose of this program are: Improving the economic value of balsam spices. Expected outcomes of this program are: creation of balsam with new variations that utilize - rempah spices (fennel oil) are beneficial for health. The benefits of this program is to introduce to the public about the efficacy of balsam spices of aniseed oil flavored with fruit. The method of implementation is a direct experiment. Fennel oil contains about 8% of oil, wherein the essential oil contains flavonoids (approximately 50-60% anethole, 10-15% fenchone and methylchavicol). The results of the discussion are the properties BALREM has merit as body warmers, relieve headaches, colds and other flatulence. In addition, fennel can be optimized as an additive manufacture of balsam. BALREM has 6 variants, including: Apples Aroma, Aroma Strawberry, Orange Aroma, Aroma Lemon, Ginger Aroma and Aroma Bubble Gum
