    Pengaruh Terapi Audio Murattal Ar-Rahmaan Terhadap Perubahan Skala Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Operasi Sectio Caesarea

    Abstract
    Sectio caesarea is a surgery to remove the fetus from the uterine cavity by making an incision in the abdominal anduterine walls with the terms of the uterus intact and fetal weight above 500 grams. Sectio Caesarea has a clinical effect that is a post surgery problem, more than 50% patients who underwent surgery will feel the pain. Despite the knowledge and methods of pain management growing rapidly, but it’s a problem of its own in the process to obtain maximum comfort. Pharmacological pain therapy in addition there is also a non pharmacological, namely by providing distraction techniques with audio murattal Ar-Rahmaan. Based on medical records in Hospital of Semarang, the post sectio caesarea every month is 75 patients. The study was aimed to examine the effect of Ar-Rahmaan murattal audio therapy to changes in pain scale of post sectio caesarea patients. The study was quasy experiment design, with using one group pre-test and post-test design. The samples were drawn by purposive sampling with total respondents were 42 people. The result of the analysis of data obtained /before therapy pain scale higher than the scale of pain after a given audio therapy murattal Ar-Rahmaan, with P value is 0,000 < 0,05. The influence of audio therapy murattal Ar-Rahmaan to changes in the patient’s pain scale post operative section caesarea.
