Profil Sensitivitas Bakteri Asam Laktat Isolat ASI Terhadap Antibiotik

Abstract

Lactic acid bacteria have a potency to be probiotic teraphy intervence for bakteria pathogen cause illness in gastroenteric, the probiotic have to resistence for antibiotic. Antibiotic is chemistry able to kill or inhibition bacteria by pass mecanism inhibition sintesis nucleic acid, sintesis protein, membran cell, sistem enzym threat, and sintesis wall cel. This research was using breastmilk is cultured in MRS agar and incubated for 24 hours in 37 o C. The colony bacteria lactic acid is clear zone, morfology cell, katalase test is result negatif. Sensitivity test conducted using the Kirby Bauer method. The test result showed that lactic acid bacteria sensitive to Cloramphenicol,Ciproflozacin,Gentamycin,Tetrasyclin and resisten to Metronidazole.
