Perubahan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Konsumsi Tablet Fe
Abstract
Iron deficiency anemia is more likely to take place in developing countries yangsedang of the developed countries. 36% (or about 1400 million) of the estimated population of 3800 million people in developing countries. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia in pregnancy is still high at around 40.1%, from 31 pregnant women in the second trimester was found 23 (74%) suffer from anemia, and 13 (42%) suffer from a lack of iron tablet supplementation besi.Program in Indonesia has been going nearly 20 years, but based on the results of 2013 Riskesdas known that the prevalence of anemia was 37.1%. Anemia pregnancy affects mothers who give birth can cause bleeding and low birth weight.The purpose of this study was to assess changes in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with fe tablet consumption..Quasi-experimental research design, pre-post test with control group. Samples empirically is 30 pregnant women control group and the experimental group of 30 pregnant women were given tablet fe for 1 month.Results In the intervention group increased levels of hemoglobin in the subject of research, namely the respondents before taking the tablet fe obtain an average value (mean) of 9.79 with SD 1:44, after taking the tablet fe whereas the mean SD of 10:28 to 1:28. in the control group increased levels of hemoglobin in the subject of research, namely the respondent before obtaining the value of the average (mean) of 9.64 with SD 1:35, while having obtained a mean of 9.73 with SD 1:46
