Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors psykhologis employees and its influence on the performance of SMEs. Sampling using purposive random sampling with the object of SMEs in Magelang District.Factors psykhologis employees in terms of personality, self-efficacy, and locus of control. The research sample consisted of 138 respondents employees who have worked more than one year. This study shows that personality, self-efficacy, and locus of control has positive influence on employee performance of SMEs.
