One of the improvements in the quality of human resources is determined by the culture of literacy. The development of literacy society requires a long process and adequate facilities. Literate generation is a generation that has high-order thinking on all information. To develop such skills requires the provision of literacy materials and excellent library services. Besides, strengthening the literacy facilitators and national literacy programs needs to be improved.
