dc.description.abstractPaper ini menawarkan langkah untuk melakukan proses penerjemahan (translasi) kuesioner variabel yang mempengaruhi kreativitas organisasi dari Bahasa Inggris ke bahasa lainnya (contoh penelitian ini di terjemahkan ke Bahasa Indonesia). Paper ini menggunakan metode back-translation dengan melibatkan tiga orang yang paham akan Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, dimana salah satunya juga paham bidang ilmu keteknikindustrian. Metode back-translation berguna untuk mengidentifikasikan adanya kasalahan penerjemahan. Hasil kuesioner yang telah di terjemahkan dengan metode back-translation dapat digunakan untuk proses penelitian lebih lanjut.id_ID
