dc.description.abstractThe study aims to know the application of Knowledge Management in PT. PLN. Data collection research by conducting interviews to several stakeholders / employees of PT. PLN has retired and is still active as a resource person. The first research result, that PT. PLN uses FGD (Focus Group Discussion) or a term in the company is CEO Note where it conducts two-way communication between director and employee to improve company performance. Second, the result of the implementation of CEO Note developed an idea to have a special portal for knowledge sharing activities or knowledge of company PT. PLN namely Knowledge Management System (KMS). Third, the factors that lead to implementation are because companies want to change productivity and increase competitive advantage among companies.id_ID
